Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By accessing this website or using FastBill, you agree to these Terms of Service with Nextserve Solutions. If you do not agree, do not use the site or product.

2. The product

FastBill is restaurant / cafe POS billing software. Features include offline-first billing, menu management, payment modes (Cash, Online, Mix, Pay Later), dues tracking, dashboard reports, multi-language support, and optional cloud sync. Feature availability may depend on your plan and platform.

3. Plans & payment

• Gold — ₹5,999 one-time bundle (printing machine + 1 year FastBill plan)
• Monthly — ₹299 per month
• Yearly — ₹2,999 per year

Online checkout may be marked “coming soon.” Until self-serve payment is available, plans are activated through Nextserve Solutions after contact. Prices are in INR and may be updated with notice. Yearly and Gold renewals may include reminder messaging. Monthly billing is intended to be flexible (switch/cancel per your active agreement).

4. Accounts & responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials and for business data you enter (including GST/FSSAI and customer dues). You must use FastBill in compliance with applicable laws.

5. Acceptable use

You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorised access, reverse engineer beyond legally permitted rights, or use FastBill to process unlawful activity.

6. Intellectual property

FastBill, its branding, and related materials are owned by Nextserve Solutions. These terms do not transfer ownership to you. You receive a limited licence to use the product according to your plan.

7. Disclaimer

FastBill is provided on a commercially reasonable basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, and offline or sync behaviour depends on your device and network conditions. We do not invent or promise features not offered in the product (for example, full table management or KOT unless separately confirmed).

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nextserve Solutions is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of FastBill or this website. Our total liability for claims related to the service is limited to fees you paid for the service in the twelve months before the claim.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Material changes may be communicated via the website or product notices.
