Does FastBill work without internet?

Yes. FastBill is offline-first. You can keep billing when the internet or server is down. Data saves locally first and syncs to the cloud when a connection is available.

Which platforms are supported?

FastBill runs on Android, iOS, Windows, and macOS. You get the same product experience across devices, with local data and optional cloud sync.

What are the subscription plans?

Three plans: Gold at ₹5,999 (one-time bundle with printing machine + 1 year plan), Monthly at ₹299/month, and Yearly at ₹2,999/year. See the pricing page for full details.

How do I activate a plan?

Online payment gateway / checkout is coming soon. For now, contact us to activate your plan. Use the contact form or reach Nextserve Solutions directly.

What payment modes can I accept?

Cash, Online, Mix, and Pay Later. You can also track pending Pay Later dues and mark them collected when paid.

Which languages are supported?

FastBill supports English, Hindi, and Marathi so your staff can work in the language they prefer.

Is FastBill made for Indian restaurants?

Yes. FastBill is built by Nextserve Solutions in India, with restaurant profiles ready for GST and FSSAI details, and pricing in INR.

Can I cancel the Monthly plan?

Monthly is designed as flexible billing — you can switch or cancel as your business needs change. Yearly and Gold renew with reminder messaging.
